A carefully prepared selection of wild and locally cultivated mushrooms, gathered from the mountains and farms of the Paro Valley according to the season. Golden chanterelles, shiitake and other locally available Himalayan varieties are prepared to preserve their individual textures, earthy aromas and natural flavours, then brought together as a distinctive expression of our landscape.
