The Celebration and the Setting
In keeping with the traditions of the Hindu marriage ceremony, the celebration is divided into four major events, each taking place at a different location within the expansive grounds of Olathang Hotel in Paro. These venues will provide a serene setting for each distinct part of the celebration.

Mehendi & Lagan
This sacred space hosts two significant events: the Mehendi ceremony, where Aakrity and her loved ones adorn themselves with intricate henna designs, and the Lagan ceremony, a formal invitation and felicitation of the groom’s family, marking the beginning of the couple's united journey through prayers and blessings.
